Description of Service: Aeropict Aviation LLC provides flight instruction services to individuals seeking to learn and improve their piloting skills, and/or work towards certificates and ratings. We offer comprehensive training tailored to the needs and goals of each student.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for flight instruction services, as instruction services are billed when completed. Billing errors will be corrected promptly, so please notify us if you receive an incorrect charge.
Cancellation Policy: Unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Clients are permitted up to two no-show instances without penalty. Upon the third no-show, and all subsequent no-shows, a $45 no-show fee will be charged. Clients are encouraged to cancel appointments by contacting us before the scheduled time; such cancellations will not be counted as no-shows. Cancellations due to weather, maintenance, or other aviation-related unforeseen circumstances are not considered no-shows, as long as there is agreement and communication between the flight instructor and client.
Force Majeure Policy: Clients will not be billed for canceled sessions due to force majeure events, unless they choose to convert their session to ground training, in which case standard fees will apply.
Limitation of Liability Clause: While every effort is made to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, Aeropict Aviation LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during flight or ground instruction sessions. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aviation activities. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
